The best burgers I have ever eaten...

When I was in Cologne I thought it was about time to have lunch at a burger restaurant called "Hans im Glück".

I had heard about it before but frankly we don´t have one near where I live...

They have amazing vegetarian and normal burgers!

Sooooo yummy!

Cold Winter Days

When it´s cold outside and you´re stressed because of your job, uni school or whatever it might be it can be good to search for something relaxing.

For me a hot bath and a good book are the best way to let go of stress and negative thoughts.

No matter how long your to-do list might be you should always have some time for yourself to do the things you love to keep yourself from burning out!

Thinking...

"It was surprising
that you could spend hours in the middle of the night
pretending things were OK,
and know in thirty seconds of daylight
that that simply wash´t so."

- Gillian Flynn, Dark Places

Today I wanted to talk about an issue that is rather important to me so I thought it was about time to sit down and write a little.

Quotes like the one above mean a lot to me because they show me that everyone - even people and especially writers that I truly adore - seem to be having those thoughts and feelings sometime. It is human to feel a little down and pessimistic from time to time!

I have been struggling with accepting this for a long time so I thought that writing about it could possibly have a positive effect on my ways of thinking.

Trying to get better at thinking in a more positive way can be a long road but we all are going to have to walk through it at some point in our lives. There will always be people or situations that will be dragging us down but as soon as we have a better view on life and the things around us it can get easier.

IT GETS BETTER!!!!!!

I know many many people already said it and almost everyone hears or reads this - or something similar - from time to time. And I know that it is difficult to accept it. I always thought like this as well - sometimes I still do. I felt like this was just an easy thing to say when you don´t want to deal with something...

But what if we didn't see it that way? What if we started using that as some sort or mantra?

I think that would make it easier.

For me it does. And I hope that some other people could think about it that way as well!

Lots of love, Sara!
