Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn - Book Review

On a warm summer morning in North Carthage, Missouri, it is Nick and Amy Dunne´s fifth wedding anniversary. Presents are being wrapped and plans are being made when Nick´s clever and beautiful wife disappears. As the police begin to investigate, the town golden boy parades a series of lies, deceits, and inappropriate behavior. Nick is oddly evasive, and he´s definitely bitter - but is he really a killer?

There aren´t many books that make me feel the way I felt whilst reading this book.

It is clever and interesting and shocking at the same time so that I always wanted to keep on reading. But then again I sometimes was too shocked or thrilled so I had to lay the book aside for a little while. This mixture of feelings is exactly what I need a good book to be.
Also the changing narrative perspectives make the book even more interesting and confusing which I liked best about it.
I definitely recommend it!
